LCNB came to Mabus Agency (my former employer) with no verbal branding, and barely even a logo.
Our branding journey began with a tagline. LCNB needed a simple message that embodies the promise this Ohio-based bank makes and keeps every day.
I originated the Further Together tagline and implemented it across deliverables and campaigns. In the years since, it's served as the bedrock for LCNB's entire messaging and brand strategy.

Flock Safety | For Content Workshop
Today, Flock Safety is a tech titan in the law enforcement industry, but just a few years ago, they were a startup targeting a few niche audiences.
They needed to make the argument for a new type of security, arguments that varied widely from law enforcement to retail businesses to HOA neighborhoods.
I developed Flock's GTM messaging, including personas, Mission/Vision/Values, positioning statements, style/tone guide, and other assets that still echo in their marketing.

Cyolo | For Content Workshop
A zero-trust startup, Cyolo makes identity security possible for industrial environments like chemical plants and factories. These contexts are high-stakes, but the decision-makers in these settings don't speak cybersecurity.
I crafted personas that translate Cyolo's technical features into benefits related to revenue and operational uptime.

The HVAC repair industry is plagued by operational chaos. Sera's AI-powered platform helps these companies streamline their businesses and unlock scale.
I worked closely with Sera's founder and CMO to create a tagline and messaging strategy that harmonized communication across marketing efforts.
HVAC without the havoc worked perfectly, transcending the techy nature of the product to emphasize its outcome for prospects.

Trava Security | For Content Workshop
Trava started as a cyber compliance firm helping clients meet SOC 2 and other frameworks. They expanded to include powerful managed security services in order to move upmarket from startups to mid-sized clients.
I worked with Trava's CEO and internal division heads to bridge the two service categories, crystalizing their offering and appealing to both client types.

I ran WLCM's entire content strategy, particularly through blogs, lead magnets, and website copy.
I elevated Lindsey as a thought leader through ghostwriting for Forbes, Fast Company, and INC.
I managed Lindsey's LinkedIn by posting, replying to comments, and producing a monthly newsletter that grows followers by about 15% YOY.
